Ear Candleing Session:
Native Americans and Ancient
Egyptians used ear candles instead of Q-tips to maintain a healthy and
clean ear canal. In this treatment, a hollow candle is placed in the
opening of the ear canal. Under careful supervision the candle is lit
and creates a gentle vacuum. As a result debris from the walls of the
ear canal such as earwax and dirt are drawn-out. Clients report a
decrease in sinus infections, ear infections, as well as an improvement
in hearing.
